Bottoms Up

From his senior thesis, Noark Andresen, a Mythology Studies major from the Swedish Lund Institutet, re-enacts the birth of Stigg. Legend has it that Stigg, a full grown man-child, was birthed from between the twelve tentacled legs of Letvannia — a giant sea hag who inhabits Lake Vänern where she lures unsuspecting sailors to their watery graves and often recycles plastic refuse thrown into the lake. Once ejected onto dry land at birth, Stigg could only find work as a lowly blodigelodlare (cultivator of leeches) because he was a breech birth.
